I've been a coach for more than two decades – first as a jet-setting corporate trainer for a Fortune 100 company, and now as an author, keynote speaker, and Vice President and literary agent with Gardner Literary.

I'll share what I've learned about color psychology and branding, consumerism, and technical writing from working in partnership with such organizations as the Disney Institute, IBM/Kenexa, and Gallup. In publishing, I've worked as both a fiction and nonfiction author for HarperCollins for more than a decade, so I understand what it takes to build a lasting career. And as a literary agent, I now coach authors in their craft—from aspiring authors to NYT bestsellers alike.
